2. Contact enquiries

The contact form collects the name, email address and message you enter. It composes an email in your chosen email application. The website does not submit these entries to a form-processing service or store them in a website database. Your enquiry reaches us when you send that email.

We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, discuss your request and, where relevant, prepare or perform a contract. Please do not include sensitive personal data unless necessary.

3. Legal basis

Enquiries relating to a potential or existing contract are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where a legal obligation requires retention, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies.

4. Recipients and retention

Email providers may process correspondence to deliver and store messages. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. We do not sell your contact details.

The actual email and hosting providers, retention periods, safeguards and any transfers outside the European Economic Area must be documented in the final reviewed statement.

5. Website delivery and external services

Delivering this website may involve processing technical information such as your IP address, browser information and access time through the hosting provider. The purpose is to deliver and secure the website, based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; that request may transmit your IP address and browser information to Google. Clicking LinkedIn takes you to an external service with its own privacy policy. Your email application and provider also have their own privacy terms.

This draft must be reviewed against the hosting provider’s actual logging, storage, cookies and any analytics before publication; it does not assert that no cookies or tracking exist.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

7. Providing information

Contact is voluntary. A name, reply address and message are needed for a meaningful response through the form. You may instead write directly by email. No automated decision-making or profiling is used to handle contact enquiries.
